Sender, consignee, loading point, weight, plate, driver: everything on a consignment note already sits in the order, the TMS and the telematics. Today it is printed, carried, signed, brought back and filed. We connect the existing sources so the eCMR is created automatically, reports its status on the road, and the proof of delivery reaches billing within minutes.
From 2027 you have a right to digital checks. Only those with structured freight data can use it. That is where we start.
You set the pace. We build the record so that paper and electronic consignment note come from the same source.
For cross-border transport to Northern Europe you can use the eCMR today, without waiting for 2027.
The order arrives as PDF, email or portal entry. Our order capture reads the fields, books them into the TMS and mirrors the CMR fields into a consignment note record based on the eFTI core dataset.

As soon as the dispatch plan assigns a vehicle, the import adds plate and driver to the record. At one customer this import runs from a SharePoint Excel on every change.

The telematics reports entry into the geofence at loading and unloading points. Together with the signature in the platform app this gives pickup and delivery with place and time. The arrival detection behind it runs at a forwarder with 60 vehicles.

The proof of delivery is checked against order, tour and invoice. Missing signature, consignee reservation, quantity or time deviation land on a clarification list. This reconciliation runs today for tolls, trip data and carrier invoices.

Order capture, dispatch plan import, arrival detection and reconciliation are in production at forwarders and contract logistics providers.
We link the four building blocks into the consignment note record and show you the flow on your orders before you commit to a platform provider.
The finished record goes via API to the certified provider that fits your TMS. Status changes come back and are visible in the customer portal. We do not build a platform.
For roadside checks and authority requests the record can be provided through the eFTI platform, until then as a printout from the same record.
No consignment note is retyped. The data comes from the order.
Proof of delivery is available in minutes, not after the driver returns.
Claims are answered with timestamp, place and signature, not by searching a folder.
Invoices leave only with complete proof. Fewer deductions, shorter payment terms.
From July 2027 you use the right to digital checks without building a new process.
Download frei, ohne Formular, Stand 14.09.2026.
No. From 9 July 2027 authorities must accept electronic freight information. Companies may, but need not. Paper remains admissible.
No. eFTI platforms must be certified. We connect your TMS to a certified provider instead of building a platform.
The record remains the source. The consignment note is printed from it, the paper signature is attached to the record as a scan. Reconciliation still runs.
None. Your TMS, your telematics and your order channel stay. We build the connection in between.
Two to four weeks for the example case on your data, then the connection to the platform.
