Projects from logistics

Three examples. Exasync connects existing systems and removes the manual work between them.

Three projects from live operations

From forwarding and contract logistics. Challenge, solution and result, the way it went in the operation.

Forwarder, 60 trucks

Telematics to dispatch

Dispatch did not know when a truck would reach the ramp. Phone calls and waiting time cost hours every day.

A service reads the telematics every 15 minutes. It detects the arrival at the destination and reports it to dispatch.

Updated every 15 minutes. Reported before arrival. No call to the driver.

Contract logistics

Customer portal to order confirmation

The customer places orders in a portal with no interface. A staff member retyped and confirmed them every day.

The automation reads the portal. It checks every order against stock and dates. Then it confirms it.

No more retyping. Every confirmation checked. A log for management.

Forwarder

Dispatch plan to TMS

The dispatch plan lived as Excel in SharePoint. The TMS needed the same data, and a staff member transferred it.

An import reads the file on every change and books the orders into the TMS.

One source, two systems, no double entry.

Example case: eCMR automation

Not a customer project but a concept built from the building blocks that run in production above. This is what the electronic consignment note looks like when order, dispatch plan, telematics and reconciliation work together.

Example case, concept

Order to eCMR

Every consignment note field already sits in the order, the TMS and the telematics. The consignment note is still printed, carried, signed and filed days later.

Order capture mirrors the CMR fields into a consignment note record. The dispatch plan import adds plate and driver. Geofence and signature deliver pickup and delivery. Reconciliation checks the proof before invoicing. The record goes via API to the customer's certified eCMR platform.

Proof of delivery in minutes instead of days. Invoice only with complete proof. From 9 July 2027 authorities must accept electronic freight data, for companies it stays voluntary.
